St. Mary's Cemetery Fees (Fees are subject to change):

  • Cost per grave: $400
  • Cost for an infant grave: $100
  • Weekday grave opening: $350
  • Weekend grave opening: $450
  • Burial of Cremains: $100
  • Burial of an infant: $75

Spring Burials - St. Mary's Cemetery is closed during the winter months. In May, a Communal Committal Service is celebrated at St. Mary's Cemetery for all those who died during the winter. Arrangements are made through the funeral directors.

Brief Summary of St. Mary's Cemetery Rules

  • All who purchase a grave or a lot at St. Mary's Cemetery must obtain a copy of the Cemetery Regulations and agree to abide by these rules.
    • Permission from the cemetery director or the parish office must be obtained before any work is permitted on a particular grave site.
  • A grave or lot must be paid in full before any memorial can be placed on the site.
  • Payment in full for a grave or lot must be made within 12 months.
  • In the event of a failure to pay in full for a grave or lot, St. Mary's Cemetery reserves the right to repossess the grave or lot, preserving all prescriptions of New York State Law.
  • Artificial flowers and glass or plastic ornaments of any kind are not permitted on the grave sites.
  • Suitable flags may be placed on graves by military, veterans, firemen or similar organizations. The Cemetery reserves the right to remove these flags after a period of a month.
